Please Note: By purchasing from By Royal Decree Couture, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy. The shipping and delivery windows provided below are estimated timeframes and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
ByRD Wear utilizes third-party fulfillment and carrier services; consequently, we cannot be held legally or financially liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. All risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
2. Shipping Policy & Fulfillment
Our storefront is securely powered by Wix, and our order fulfillment is managed via Printful. Because our apparel is custom-crafted using a print-on-demand dropshipping model, your items are uniquely manufactured just for you once your order is confirmed.

Order Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for Printful to print and pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address linked to your Wix customer account.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their destination country.

Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping information is completely accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages or issue refunds for items delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
3. Delivery Timeframes
The total delivery time is a combination of Printful's processing/fulfillment time and the carrier's transit time. Below are our standard delivery expectations based on your geographic location.

Estimated Delivery Window: 1 to 2 Weeks
Notes & Carrier Details: Includes localized tracking; fast-tracked via standard domestic carriers.
Destination: International (Rest of World)
Estimated Delivery Window: 3 to 4 Weeks
Notes & Carrier Details: Timeframes may vary depending on local customs processing and regional postal efficiency.
